dear andreas, the plo terrorists at the 1972 olympics in munich had logistic support from german neo-nazis. they were later allowed to use a fatah training base in jordan, to participate in violent activities against Israel. funny enough, the same training camps were also used by the german extreme-left RAF terror group. so german terrorist from both sides of the political spectrum had their share in the Munich hostage incident.
when I red that the IOC refused to held a minute of silence in London to commemorate the murdered Israeli sportsmen, I was not really surprised (considering its not very democratic tradition with persons like Samaranche). but I had hoped that the German teams take its own initiative to remember the 40th anniversary of this event in public. too bad they missed this chance to show some personal courage in addition to physical strength.
ps: did you received by chance the e-mails that I send recently to your “law-firm” address?
I share your disappointment about the lack of any official memory of the Israeli athletes that were killed 40 years ago.
And yes, I have received your e-mails. I am just a bit busy at the moment, so it will still take a me a while to reply.
No improvement whatsoever, same hatred, same terrorism, different clothes.
I was also very disappointed about the lack of memorial for those lost at the 1972 Munich Olympics. It should have been an IOC event, not just a German one. Major fail for the IOC.

How the hell is Palestine even allowed to participate in the Olympic games after 1972?
