Venta Micena – Day 12/30

Based on the photos you have seen thus far, you can probably imagine the heat in Andalusia. And there aren’t many trees providing shade.

Without my hat, bought from a Roma family in Transylvania, I would long have had a heatstroke and withered away.

And with the hat, I feel even more as if I am in a Western movie.

About Andreas Moser

Travelling the world and writing about it. I have degrees in law and philosophy, but I'd much rather be a writer, a spy or a hobo.

    Yes, very authentic. 😍

  2. Just need a cigar (which I’m sure you have), and you have some Clint Eastwood action going on there….

    • Oh yes, I found my favourite Toscano cigars in shops in Huescar, very cheap even.

And you know that close to here, in Almería province, some of these Western movies were filmed? I will try to compile a list of movies made here.

    • I know that many Clint Eastwood movies were shot there.

  3. Tim Burford says:

Well, if you took the damn hat off, we might get to see the valley…

  4. Olga Borden says:

    Who took the picture?
