Aww, it’s such a.. funny-looking little thing :D
I’m guessing you should probably leave the feeding to the parents.

You don’t have to worry about feeding it it’s parents will. They make a kind of “milk” in their crop at first, then they feed partly digested grain. If you’d like to feed the parents they eat grain, and any other scraps you would like to give them.

  Mom is here and usually on top of the bird baby. But she flew away when I got too close to take a photo.
