    • And with “colors”, you picked the theme for the next day.
      I like most about these churches how they suddenly appear in the middle of a forest, as I walking unsuspectingly.

    Rich churches and poor old people.

    • Exactly!
      It’s particularly striking in the villages, where there is no proper road, the school is falling apart, and people can only dream of a doctor.
      But there is a brand new church, as huge as in Byzantium.

      And then, as if that wasn’t enough, there are North Americans and Europeans coming as missionaries, as if people needed more Gods and Jehovahs. It always reminds me of the Baltic Crusades a bit.
