“Heritage Preservation.

Or maybe they spend so much money on heritage preservation all around Georgia that nothing is left for their own building.
Or their budget is small. Very small. And all they had went towards a downpayment. On the sign.
Since “preservation” means keeping something its current state, I think they are doing a good job.
That depends what the building looked like when they moved in. ;-)
