How much it costs to become a European ? And if you don’t want to risk being drowned in the cold mediterranean sea ? The cheapest offer comes from Greece: If you buy a privat property for at least 250.000 € you are given a permanent recidence permit on top (with full Schengen rights). Portugal wants to have 500.000 € for this “service”, Cyprus 350.000 € (but not Schengen valid).
