   I lived in Saudi for 5 years and there are many moderate and secular families there, but they are ruled by the old religious men not wanting to give up their control and power.

     Unfortunately, as long as the moderate and secular families don’t stand up in protest but choose to enjoy the oil wealth instead, it will remain very easy for the old religious men to rule.
