    someone that was geven a 3 years in Holland served his sentenced and moved to Germany and after 11 years he applied for german passport and is being asked to produce the original court judgement to enable them conclude THE passport application. how long before he can be considered rehabilitated enough to qualify for THE german nationality? in other words what are his chances?
