Love the photo of the “2012 marathon”. :D
But you know, they could’ve made it work. The only change the organisers would’ve had to make, was to move the route through the worst affected areas, then have the runners throw water bottles at the civilians, rather than vice versa!
Now, if Lance Armstrong wants some good PR, he could set up a “Tour De NJ”. Only change needed – hook the bikes’ rear tires to generators!
