    I thought I was a frozen pizza connoisseur, but here it seems you’ve both embellished the product (some kind of green sauce? Sesame seeds?) and provided it a nicely-fitting board. Well done; frozen pizzas get far too little respect.

    • Indeed, I almost always add extra cheese and maybe some spicy pepper. The seasoning was Zaatar, a Levantine-tasting mix of herbs.

      With some embellishment, as you call it, frozen pizzas can be quite good.
      And you always have to give them more minutes in the oven than it says on the packaging.

  3. Oh, but if you’re going for the whole Advocatus Diavolo routine, where’s the overly long, overly sharp knife jammed into the heart of it? C’mon, presentation is everything!
