Horse in the Snow

Horses are tough. At least in Lithuania, where they have to live in the snow for half of the year.

    All Lithuanians are tough not horses only :D On a serious note horses do not necceserily must be dressed in jackets in Germany ;) but taken inside in the minus tempertures yes. Its not right what you saw IMHO.

    • That’s actually true. I liked the toughness of people in Lithuania!

      I felt sorry for the horse, not so much because of the cold, but because it couldn’t eat any grass because everything was frozen.

      My grandparents used to have horses in LT and I never saw them leave a horse outside before it fell down to 0° C or even below.
